If your gear didn’t fit or arrived with any damage — no worries.

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt – regardless of the reason. To return or exchange an item, it is important to keep it in its original condition – including packaging, gifts and tags as you received it.

Please note that when returning a product within 14 days of receipt, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received in full and its condition has been inspected (included gifts).

Gear that has already been used can only be returned in case of a defect.

All products come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, so if something breaks due to our fault during this period, we will be happy to replace the gear or refund your money after inspection.

Please note that the product warranty does not cover the following cases:
  • Natural wear and tear of the products;
  • Tears, cuts, and abrasions in the area of seams or the material itself;
  • Breakage of hardware due to technical use;
  • Fading, discoloration, or contamination of the products as a result of improper use or care;
  • Other defects resulting from improper use of the products, violation of care, storage, or transportation rules, as well as damage caused by third parties or force majeure.

Custom items with add-ons can only be returned or exchanged in case of a defect.
