Materials, Durability & Care
The reliability of our gear and your dog’s safety are our top priorities. We sew all components with reinforced double zigzag stitching using strong threads — the same type used for tents and parachutes. The edges of the webbing are finished with Oxford fabric, a waterproof material that prevents the webbing from rubbing against your dog’s coat.
Tensile strength indicates how much force a material can withstand before breaking. For example, a leash with a tensile strength of 400 kg will not break unless a force greater than 400 kg is applied. During very sharp pulls or continuous tension, the actual strength may be lower.
Carabiners: made from aluminum alloy, tensile strength 400 kg.
Triangle buckles: made from zinc, tensile strength 150 kg.
Triangles for harnesses: made from steel, tensile strength 500 kg.
Quick-release buckles (fastex): made from plastic, tensile strength 110 kg.
Webbing: made from recycled polyester, tensile strength over 600 kg.
To keep your gear fresh and safe:
— Machine wash on a gentle cycle using mild detergent.
— Place items in a laundry bag for best results.
— Air dry only — no tumble drying or radiators.
